As you know I have just had windows and doors fitted by Minster Windows and I was apprehensive about the quality of the product and the quality of fitting after hearing horror stories about the double glazing industry. When I read the “Installation Information” letter you sent about minimum mess etc I thought “Yeah, I bet”.

The two Marks arrived and I cannot praise them enough. They were brilliant, they knew what they were doing and got on and did it. The mess was kept to a minimum and how they managed to fit everything without damaging any decoration anywhere in the house is amazing. Several problems arose as they were fitting because of the age of the house and they overcame every one to a high standard.

The standard of work and the products are excellent and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Your bricklaying team did a superb job in matching up with the existing brickwork and the concrete floor. This was followed by your 1st class installation team who also did an excellent job. Finally, your electrician made an excellent job of wiring up three double sockets and a TV aerial socket, all very neatly and professionally done.
